Cadre Development, LLC secured a long term lease with a fast growing regional furniture chain. The build to suit project required the consolidation of four existing tenant spaces, the addition of a 10,000 sf second level within an existing single-story building and a new façade all while an existing tenant (Buffalo Wild Wings) was open for business in the adjacent space. This unique and fast-tracked project was completed on time and within budget.
