Complete Music of St. Louis

Complete Music of St. Louis had outgrown their existing facility in Creve Coeur, MO.  The business owner had also accumulated several rental properties behind their business that were no longer viable.  Cadre Development, LLC was engaged to help Complete Music maximize the value of their real estate assets and find a new home to accommodate their growing business.  Cadre facilitated the sale of the front lot to a national day care provider and obtained entitlements for 10 new lots on the rear property and sold them to a local residential developer.  Cadre also secured a new location using a tax deferred reverse exchange from the day care property sale and managed the design and development of the existing building to accommodate Complete Music’s unique needs.
