Imperial Grove

Cadre Development, LLC assembled two separate parcels located at a new interchange on I-55 in Jefferson County, secured the necessary capital sources and developed a 28,000 sf multi-tenant neighborhood center that included two out parcels.  The corner out parcel was leased to a Jack in the Box/C-Store combination tenant.  This center is positioned at an interchange within a strong growth corridor of the Greater St. Louis, MO area.
