Prospect Grove
Cadre Development, LLC assembled two parcels that were positioned at a future interchange on I-64 in Lake St. Louis, MO. After negotiating with the Missouri Department of Transportation and facilitating the simultaneous sale of the needed interchange right of way, Cadre proceeded to obtain the entitlements for the remaining property, which was planned to be developed in this growing community. The property was sold to another developer and the proceeds were used via a 1031 Exchange to purchase a well-positioned regional shopping center in St. Peters, MO.
