A long time family coin and jewelry business needed a new and expanded facility to accommodate their growth plans.  They wanted to stay in the area in which they had operated for over 20 years.  Cadre Development, LLC was engaged to investigate facility options.  After a thourough investigation, a prime signalized corner was acquired and a 5,400 sf build to suit office and retail store was developed by Cadre for a turnkey solution in Creve Coeur, MO.
